Once you’ve scaled your image, you’ll see that the cropping frame has remained the same size while the size of the original image has changed. You can leave your cropping frame as-is and just go to Image > Scale Image and play around with the size of your original photo. In this case, all you need to do is scale the image. PS: You may slightly soften the selection edge to make it naturally oldfashioned. I'm scanning some old photos and they all have round corners, I'd like to crop them so they retain the round corners.
